Convening the Strategic Enhancement Committee for Emergency Department Services with the aim of improving performance indicators
To ensure patient safety and enhance service quality in the critical emergency department, a meeting of the Strategic Emergency Services Improvement Committee was held, attended by the hospital director and committee members.
At the beginning of the session, Mr. Khakshour, the Head Nurse of the Emergency Department, presented a comprehensive report detailing performance statistics as well as qualitative and quantitative indicators for the department during the first quarter of the year 1405. Subsequently, the challenges facing the department were discussed, and necessary corrective measures to address existing obstacles were approved by the committee members.
